1. OVERVIEW
At EverNest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains how you can return or exchange items and how to request a refund.
This Return Policy applies to all customers who purchase products through our online store at myevernest.store.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & TIMELINE
You may return eligible items within 15 days from the date your order was shipped.
Items must be unwashed, unworn, with original tags intact, and in original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, it is eligible for return or exchange within the 15-day return period.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, email hello@myevernest.store with:
- Your order number
- The date of your order
- The item(s) you wish to return
We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Pack your item(s) in original packaging and return them to the address provided.
4. REFUNDS
Once we receive and review your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
5. EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item within 15 days of shipping, please email hello@myevernest.store with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange, including the correct size or colour.
6. GIFTS & RETURNS
If you received an EverNest item as a gift, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of the original shipping date. You will need to provide the order number and product details.
7. EXCEPTIONS
Complimentary items provided as part of promotions or giveaways cannot be returned or exchanged.
Clearance or discounted sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
