1. OVERVIEW
This Shipping Policy explains how Kovai Textiles Inc., doing business as EverNest ("EverNest", "we", "us", or "our"), handles shipping for orders placed through our online store at myevernest.store (the "Site"). This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Use and should be read together with our Terms of Use, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy.
By placing an order on our Site, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
2. SHIPPING COVERAGE
a) Where We Ship
We currently ship to all provinces and territories in Canada, with the exception of the Province of Quebec.
b) Where We Do Not Ship
We do not ship to the Province of Quebec.
We do not ship to the United States or any other country outside Canada.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time.
Any order placed with a shipping address in Quebec, the United States, or any other location outside the provinces and territories listed above may be cancelled and refunded at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to expand or modify our shipping coverage at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

The free shipping threshold of $100.00 CAD is calculated on the order subtotal before applicable taxes and after any discounts or promotional codes are applied.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where an order is cancelled by EverNest or where a refund of shipping charges is required by applicable law.
Shipping rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The rate displayed at checkout at the time your order is placed will be the rate charged for your order.
4. ORDER PROCESSING
a) Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days after we receive your order and payment has been verified. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays and any additional holidays observed by EverNest.
b) Delays During Promotions and Sales
During sales events, promotions, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume, our processing time may be longer than the standard 2 to 5 business days. We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship your order as quickly as possible during such periods.
c) Order Cut-Off and Payment Verification
Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully verified. We reserve the right to delay processing or cancel any order where payment verification is incomplete or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
d) Orders Placed on Weekends and Holidays
Orders placed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
5. DELIVERY TIMES
a) Estimated Delivery
Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping carrier, estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location within Canada. Typical delivery times are as follows:

b) Estimates, Not Guarantees
All processing and delivery times stated in this Shipping Policy are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, volume surges, or other circumstances described in Section 8 of this Shipping Policy.
EverNest is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been handed over for delivery.
6. DELIVERY ISSUES
a) Undeliverable, Refused, or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, a refused delivery, or an unclaimed package, we reserve the right to:
Re-ship the order to a corrected address, subject to an additional shipping charge; or
Cancel the order and issue a refund for the product value, less the original shipping fee and any return shipping costs incurred after we have received the product.
b) Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order appears to be lost or arrives damaged:
1. Contact us at hello@myevernest.store within 7 days of the estimated delivery date (for lost packages) or within 48 hours of receipt (for damaged packages).
2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue and picture of damage (if applicable).
3. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter. Resolution may include re-shipment of the order, a refund, or a store credit, at our discretion.
EverNest is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier (including delivery confirmation via GPS or photographic evidence). If you believe a delivered package has been stolen, we recommend contacting your local law enforcement.
c) Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@myevernest.store within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
7. RETURNS AND SHIPPING

8. FORCE MAJEURE
EverNest shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the processing, shipment, or delivery of your order caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Events"), including but not limited to:
Natural disasters, severe weather events, epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies;
Wars, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, riots, or armed conflicts;
Government actions, sanctions, embargoes, trade restrictions, or regulatory changes;
Strikes, lockouts, labour disputes, or work stoppages;
Carrier disruptions, transportation delays, supply chain interruptions, or infrastructure failures;
Power outages, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks;
Shortages of materials, labour, or fuel;
Any other event beyond the reasonable control of EverNest, whether or not foreseeable.
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, EverNest will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and to resume normal operations as soon as practicable. Delivery timelines shall be extended by a period reasonably equivalent to the duration of the Force Majeure Event. If a Force Majeure Event continues for more than 60 days, either party may cancel the affected order, and EverNest will issue a full refund for the product and any shipping charges paid.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
EverNest's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the shipping or delivery of your order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order that gave rise to the claim.
EverNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to shipping or delivery delays, including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings, or loss of use.
EverNest is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party shipping carriers once an order has been tendered to the carrier for delivery.
This limitation of liability does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
10. ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@myevernest.store as soon as possible.
We may be able to accommodate modifications or cancellations before your order has been processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled, and you will need to follow the process outlined in our Return Policy.
EverNest reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund, including any shipping charges paid.
11. ACCURACY OF SHIPPING INFORMATION
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout, including your full name, street address, city, province, postal code, phone number, and email address.
EverNest is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or misdelivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by you. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-shipped due to an address error.
Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order. Once an order has been processed, changes to the shipping address may not be possible.
12. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your shipping information (including your name, address, email, and phone number) is collected and used to process and deliver your order. By placing an order, you consent to the sharing of your shipping information with our shipping carriers and logistics partners for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.

This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Shipping Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
